Means of payment
Payment by bank transfer to our account.
Debit or credit card payment is not possible.
Deposit
30% of the total arrangement price. You will receive our bank details with your booking.
Best price guarantee
You will not find a cheaper price anywhere online than on our homepage.
We recommend you to purchase a travel insurance
Sometimes life has planned something else and the booked vacation cannot be taken or has to be cancelled prematurely. To save you unnecessary costs in the event of cancellation, we recommend that you take out hotel cancellation insurance.
Cancellation conditions
In case of cancellation this means for you:
Up to 90 days before your arrival date: 40 % of the total arrangement price
Up to 30 days before your arrival date: 70 % of the total arrangement price
Up to 7 days before your arrival date,
in case of early departure or no-arrival: 100 % of the total arrangement price
In general, the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions apply.
Check-In & Check-Out
Our guests can move into the apartment from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Check-in is possible until 18:00. On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the apartment by 09:30 at the latest. These arrival and departure times can also vary if we agree in advance.
Would you like to spend the day at Lake Weissensee or on the beach? You can park your car with us and use the beach until your departure. Depending on availability, you can also book a late check-out until 6 pm.
Pets
We love animals, but we kindly ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed in the apartment.
Short stay surcharge
For a short stay we charge a surcharge.
