Purchase price claim for movable property in accordance with Section 1062 in conjunction with Section 1486 ABGB: 3 years
General damages according to § 1489 ABGB (compensation claims): 3 years (if damage and damaging party are known)

Every access to our website and every retrieval of a file stored on our website is logged. The storage serves internal, system-related and statistical purposes.
